1.2 Residential Eligibility

1.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account on bejil. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts may be suspended or cancelled and balances may be forfeited.

• If multiple members of the same household use the same device or network, this must be reported to bejil support in advance.

2.1 Registration Information

When registering an account on bejil, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information is a direct violation of these Terms and may result in account cancellation.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure security and prevent fraudulent activity, bejil may request identity verification at any time. This may include:

• A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• A bank statement or proof of payment method.
• Proof of current address.

Withdrawal access may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

2.3 Account Security

4.1 Welcome Bonus

bejil's welcome bonus offer is a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,500 in bonus, giving a total of ৳2,500; deposit ৳8,000 and receive the maximum ৳5,000 in bonus, giving a total of ৳13,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To become eligible to withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — the deposit amount is not counted. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Terms

• The bonus applies only to first-time depositing users.
• The welcome bonus applies only once per account or household.
• For bets placed using bonus funds, the wagering contribution may differ for certain games or markets.
• If the bonus is not used within the set time limit after it is received, it will be cancelled automatically.
• bejil reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

4.4 Bonus Abuse

If any misuse of the bonus system is detected — such as claiming bonuses from multiple accounts, artificial betting patterns, or other fraudulent tactics — the associated account will be suspended and the bonus will be forfeited.

5.1 Fair Play Policy

6.1 VIP Tiers

bejil's VIP program has five levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate increases as you reach higher tiers:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback

6.2 Tier Changes

VIP tiers are upgraded through regular and active play. bejil evaluates account activity to determine tier level. In cases of prolonged inactivity, the tier may be re-evaluated.

6.3 Cashback Terms

Cashback is calculated weekly based on net losses and is credited to the account within a set timeframe. Cashback funds are directly withdrawable, though separate terms may apply.
